Richmond folk quartet Captain Captain give brief insight into “Sultry Riot,” their explosively melodic and politically impassioned staple track featuring beautiful strings and vocalist Bill Reckin’s signature whistling. After a brief interview, the group gives a memorable performance of the longtime fan-favorite in the upstairs of the VCU Student Media Center.
